What Veylor covers, and what it doesn't

Veylor Gaming ingests revenue reports from state gaming regulators monthly (or weekly, for West Virginia). All figures published on this dashboard are sourced directly from regulators and reconciled to the dollar where possible. Operator-level numbers may differ slightly from SEC 10-Q segment reporting due to definitional differences; see any operator's Source Tie-Out for the reconciliation.

Tribal gaming is excluded from all figures shown on this dashboard. Tribal disclosure is primarily at the compact level (statewide), not the property level, and many tribes don't disclose at all. Where tribal properties exist in a commercial market's catchment, they appear on competitive maps with capacity data only, never with revenue.

Industry research from providers including Eilers & Krejcik, the American Gaming Association, H2 Gambling Capital, NIGC, and sell-side gaming analysts is consulted internally as a sense-check on Veylor's regulator-sourced figures. None of that research is republished on this dashboard, and Veylor does not adopt those firms' proprietary methodologies, assumptions, or estimates as its own.
